We were appointed to deliver the complete Mechanical & Electrical design and installation refurbishment for the three-story Alder Park Medical Centre. Our scope included AHU ventilation, LTHW systems, air conditioning, domestic services, BMS controls, lighting replacement, small power, fire alarm and data systems, staff attack systems, and access control, ensuring a modern, efficient, and safe healthcare environment.
